Baseline/Introduction to CrossFit: Must be done prior to attending Fundamental classes.

Fundamentals: You are required to attend at least 6 fundamental classes before attending regular classes. You will learn proper technique for movements, proper nutrition, and mobilization exercises.( In Bold)
Rates: 2 sessions/ week: $75.00/month (family: add 35.00 each person)
Unlimited session/week: $100.00/month (family: add 50.00 each person) 3 month contract or paid in full
Childcare $20.00 a month (only if you come for 8:30 and 9:30 classes where sitter is available)
